These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pinasplay ("pinasplay," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of pinasplay.one. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game on pinasplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.1 These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with pinasplay, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, receipt of bonuses, and use of all platform features at pinasplay.one.
1.2 By creating a pinasplay account, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Philippine law, and that all information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 pinasplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication at pinasplay.one/terms-conditions. Your continued use of pinasplay following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to pinasplay is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age of 21 years.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. pinasplay is operated for and available to eligible residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access pinasplay. pinasplay takes no responsibility for any illegal access.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use pinasplay: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of pinasplay or its affiliated companies; (b) individuals currently subject to PAGCOR self-exclusion orders; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the pinasplay platform; (d) any individual determined by pinasplay or PAGCOR to be ineligible.
2.4 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person is permitted a maximum of one registered pinasplay account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
3.1 To use pinasplay's real-money gaming features, you must complete the full registration process, which includes providing accurate personal information and completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedure required by PAGCOR regulations.
3.2 KYC verification requires the submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or Driver's License) and may require additional supporting documentation at pinasplay's discretion.
3.3 Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. pinasplay is legally obligated to conduct these checks and may request updated documentation at any time.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pinasplay login credentials. You must notify pinasplay support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pinasplay shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 pinasplay reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account where the authenticity or accuracy of submitted information cannot be verified, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pinasplay currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and GrabPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pinasplay does not accept transactions in foreign currencies.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the pinasplay cashier.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. pinasplay endeavors to process GCash and Maya withdrawals on the same calendar day as the request, subject to security checks and verification requirements. pinasplay does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to pinasplay's payment processing policies. pinasplay reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. pinasplay complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. pinasplay may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspicious activity.
5.1 pinasplay may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits to registered players. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pinasplay strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; (b) placing bets exclusively on low-variance outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; (c) coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, pinasplay reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account.
5.4 pinasplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All pinasplay games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment verified by the game provider. Game results are determined independently of bet size, account history, or any other player-specific factor.
6.2 Displayed RTP. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are theoretical long-run averages based on the game's mathematical model. Actual session results will vary. RTP information is available in each game's information panel.
6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or communication failure that affects game play or outcome, pinasplay reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's pinasplay wallet balance. pinasplay's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and binding once it has been fully accepted by the pinasplay system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Incomplete or queued bets that are not confirmed do not constitute valid wagers.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pinasplay and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

8.1 All content on pinasplay.one — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pinasplay or its licensed providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the prior written consent of pinasplay.
8.2 Game content is provided under license from third-party providers. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles, characters, and mechanics remain with the respective game developers and providers.
9.1 pinasplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at pinasplay.one/privacy-policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
9.2 By registering a pinasplay account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service communication.
10.1 pinasplay provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pinasplay takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and reliability, pinasplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinasplay's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of pinasplay shall not exceed the aggregate deposits made by you to your pinasplay account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 pinasplay is not liable for: (a) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) losses arising from interrupted internet connectivity or device failure on your end; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
11.1 pinasplay may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close a player's account with or without prior notice where: (a) a violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) a request for self-exclusion is received; (c) PAGCOR directs account action; (d) the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months; or (e) pinasplay determines that continued account operation presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, pinasplay reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, subject to any applicable legal obligations to return undisputed funds.
11.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting pinasplay support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification procedures. Voluntary account closure does not affect any bonus or promotion obligations accrued prior to closure.
12.1 pinasplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and discouraging problem gambling. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements, pinasplay provides all registered players with access to: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from pinasplay at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During an active self-exclusion period, pinasplay will use reasonable technical measures to prevent account access, including blocking access to the pinasplay Login page.

13.1 These Terms and your relationship with pinasplay are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of pinasplay that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
13.3 pinasplay operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. Certain disputes may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory determination in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
14.1 For general inquiries, account assistance, or to submit a formal complaint, players may contact pinasplay's customer support team via live chat on pinasplay.one or by email at the address displayed in the footer of this page.
14.2 Complaints Procedure. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to the pinasplay support team. pinasplay will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this period, pinasplay will notify the complainant with a status update and estimated resolution timeline.
14.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through pinasplay's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.
14.4 Effective Date. These Terms are effective as of June 2026 and supersede all previously published versions of the pinasplay Terms and Conditions.
